The Old Vicarage in Christchurch, Dorset was the lovely setting for Hollybeth and Jack’s wedding. Hollybeth was one of the nicest brides I have ever met and the evening party was absolutely jumping when the bride and bridesmaids started singing with the band. Such good times, we had a great laugh.
Wedding photography is a dream at The Old Vicarage with so many interesting places within the grounds, trees to catch the evening sun through, a big field for smoke bombs or fireworks or general larking around. There are indoor spaces for your ceremony as well as a gorgeous outdoor space, gardens and a big marquee for the evening meal and party. Games in the garden and a tree swing are other great features to make your wedding day super fun.

Bridesmaids has a right laugh doing a ‘before and after’ tiktok dance on the day. The groom arrived at The Old Vicarage in his shiny black Land Rover and guests were greeted in the garden of The Old Vicarage on this lovely hot summers day.

There were lots of emotions as the bride’s Dad walked her down the aisle at The Old Vicarage outdoor ceremony space, the aisle alive with foliage. The ceremony took place outside.

The tables were simply but beautifully set up with flowering trees as a centrepiece and wooden written numbers, with fairy light adorned glass baubles hanging down. Paper lanterns decorated the top of the marquee alongside the chandeliers and a foliage ladder. Bowls of nibbles and wine and love hearts topped it all off.

The outside space around the marquee is perfect for an afternoon or evening of games and entertainment. We even took the bridal party out to the back field for some fun with coloured smoke bombs. The Old Vicarage has lots of adaptable spaces. I especially loved the evening light coming through the trees so we got Hollybeth and Jack together for a few couple photos to take advantage of the stunning light there.
